Rajkot: It seems that goons are having a free run in the city. A city-based financier was shot from a point blank range by two unidentified persons on Kalavad Road. The shooters escaped from the spot after firing at the financier identified as Shaktiraj Khuman. Khuman collapsed on the spot and was rushed to a private hospital. After treatment of three days, he died. Now, further investigation is on.
