When I was young and twenty.
Sitting happily in my chair
I now recall so very well
All the words that cast a spell:
February - forty-six, a fact
Bank of England Act...
July the fifth, forty-eight

In the next decade came
The Clean Air Act...what
A great impact this had
On our lives and our
Environment
