When the rage consumes
all thoughts what do you do?
Pacing the room endlessly
searching for a nameless release.
Step inside my twisted mind
and feel the vicious range of twirling,
roaring emotions, a thundering of waves.
Where do you go to escape
the confusion in your mind?
How do you cope?
Do you rage at all things
or silently seethe,
Trying to get a grasp
on the disappearing strings of sanity.
