My rainbow arching in a mist,
bright precious pearls,
unplucked, unkissed.
My butterflies in dizzy flight.
Rain-drenched laughs
and fire-lit nights.
Crisp rosé in a midday sun,
a sparkling gem,
a wonderment.
My tango in a Latin dream,
my famous inch, a distant kiss
still unredeemed.
My love, my life, my odyssey.
My morning sun,
a bolt that thunders
Through a wicked sky.
My where, my why,
my Sunday smile.
My words, my one. My blood
runs richer, deeper, faster
now you've come.
