rhythm begins—
the soft slopsuck
of sea-wet siltysand
all filling in about my sinking feet
ok, I see:
jeweled carpet of cracked shells and pebbles coconutcolored
rhythm begins—
oh, I hear:
splayed water at my ankles
uncurling then collapsing - a flowing, foamingly unfurling flower
a point between two worlds
the antediluvian moondragged tide dances
with white hair windblown forwardly
a bleeding beast suspended in air:
thunderlungs
and stormcloud eyes crying on this seanoise
a symphony of water on water on water
on land:
sooozzshee hhssssh
rrshhheee issshooooohs
my brown eyes green seasalted
an ocean day is someway lovely during a thunderstorm.
