From my back door no clouds are grey
Atmospherics don't spoil the day
Light and heat from golden ray
Or dancing drops of silver spray.
Classic stone was made to lay
To cause effect in such a way.
Ne'er far or long will I stray,
Heart and head join to obey.
With rolling hills across the way
Strife and stress quick to allay.
Such a scene that I must say
To swap with me you could not pay.
Turgid tones hold no sway
Such permanence none shall betray
To try to oust me others may
But in ubiety I will stay
For I am lord of all I survey.
