The call it came the other day
As I drank a blood red wine
From the officer long away
From a war that isn't mine
As he spoke I began to pray
Whilst to the fact I did resign
The eldest took the blast that day
A day less, he'd be fine
On a godless, sandy highway
He led the line
The vibrant force has gone away
The life sentence is mine.
