Years of silence burst out at once
After a long time I was on that street
The same place where we first met
First few rain drops touched my feet
I stepped out of my shelter
First few rain drops kissed my face
In few seconds I was all wet
Memories flashed back to the time when we first met
My eyes were looking only for you
I had a feeling that you will see me too
My heart was in a pain
I cried alone in that rain
As it started raining more heavily
The sound of thunder grooved
I could feel your presence with me
I hear your call where ever I moved
I was wondering here and there
Looking for you every where
My tears were all lost in the rain
I could only feel them burning on my cheeks
When the cold rain drops fell on it
I knew that God knows what I need
My heart was in a pain
I cried alone in that rain
