Gazing into the distance; things look
very small and unattainable.
Perspective reveals a focal point on
a path to the obtainable.
As you get closer, minute details appear
to be getting clearer.
The nearer you get to the main attraction…
neighboring objects disappear.
Without peripheral vision you lose sight
of surroundings and then some.
Without perfect hind sight you forget
where you came from.
Reverse your course and once again
your consciousness is renewed.
Sometimes backing up improves
the way your world is viewed.
