We fell in love in summertime
Though in the springtime of our youth
were old enough to know the truth.
But now my love has gone ahead
I am alone
and winter reigns.
Our love was strong enough to last.
We grew towards maturity,
together raised a family.

Now in the autumn of my years.
The happy times flown quickly by
all I have left are memories
