You've worked hard all your life,
you've worked your fingers to the bone.
Never once, do I remember a time
that you even complained about taking care of your own.
I remember one time, when we went camping,
our tent and sleeping bags got soaking wet...
You found a way to keep us dry,
all night, with an electric heater you set.
Never understood or really appreciated (until now)
how you managed...but you always knew.
The most INCREDIBLE things
that only could have come from YOU!
The things you've done for us...
you make it hard to fill your shoes.
You were such an incredible mom
even to our friends it wasn't news!
I would love to make you a promise
that in everything in life, I will try
to make it a better place, as you did,
but all I can do is cry.
When you passed away, Mom,
the biggest part of my life has died.
You being here with us, FOREVER,
is what my heart has always relied.
In everything you've done in life
you did it with a passion that would never cease.
Your work here is done Mom.
Now you can finally rest (in peace) .
Mommy, every tear I cry,
I will cry for you.
The flood of tears that is spent,
on missing you, can't even
express the sadness in my heart!
My heart will forever ache because I love
you so much. I can't believe you are gone...
