i miss home;
all the sweet smells:
mom's home- made apple pie,
the burning and the flames from the fire,
the cool crisp air of winter.
its not the same in florida,
when you are used to new england.
there is no cold days,
at least none like home.
but all i have to say is,
please don't fret,
im be home before you know it.
just fourteen more days,
and i will be home for the holidays! !
