Every night- was another winter night
And the artic glacier was my bed
It took for ever -for those nights to break into day.
That heartless winter-night breeze
would force open my windows, and shove aside
those sheepish blinds to make its way to me-
and those toothless blankets that vowed to defend my honor,
could only watch me frost up.
I have been in spirit with the cold-
since spring and summer left with you
