What's it like to be alone?
Horrible I'm telling you
You need to let your feelings out
But you sit and act like nothing's wrong
While inside you're screaming loud
Yet words will not spring to your mouth
You look in the mirror and see a smile
But, deep within you something calls
'Don't smile everything is wrong,
Did you forget you're all alone? '
As you realize what is happening
Your smile turns to thought
You realize you were never alone
You've always been with God
