Waiting for the sun that will never shine
Dreaming of the man that will never be mine
Desperately waiting and dreaming
While tears down my face are streaming
Tears of lost hope and inside pain
For I know his love is what I can't gain
If only he knew about the tears that I shed
Every night when I think about him lying in my bed
If only he knew about the sleepless nights I spend
And my feelings for him that will never descend
Maybe only then he would feel for me
He would feel the true love he always failed to see
Maybe then he would be the one to dry my eyes
And save my soul before it totally dies
But until that day comes for real
I promise not to change the way I feel
Coz until death plays its part
I'll love him with every little piece of my heart!
