If I thought today would be the last time that I would see you I would hold on to you for a little longer.
If I thought that this would be the last time that I would ever talk to you I would make sure to hear everything that you wanted to say.
If I thought that this would be the last time I would have a chance to tease you about every wrong path we have taken together, I would make sure we brought ourselves to tears with laughter.
If I thought that this was the last time I would see your smile I would take a picture of us so that I could remember the one who was always there.
If I thought that this would be the last time that I could cry with you… holding on to each other tight… I would make sure that everything would be alright and that you would never cry again.
If I thought that this would be the last time that I got to tell you how I feel about you I would make sure that you knew just how much I love you and how I’ll always care.
If I thought that this was the last time that I could tell you, I would let you know that no matter what happens I will always be here
If I thought that life was certain I would not have said all of this but because you never know what will happen I want you to know that our memories will always be
Through the good times and the bad. Through all the tears and the stupid things we said.
I want you to know how hard it would be for me to ever let you go…
But should we ever Part I will always be in your heart…
