And I felt the shattering,
I felt the rupture, the quake.
The loss of conscious muscle control,
As my unstable mind is released-
Diffracting through my body,
Destroying all forgiveness,
Pouring out through poison tears,
On the walls of my soul.
The contamination is soon controlled-
The door is closed, the eyes turn cold.
And the running from the shadowing past,
Gains a quicker pace from this distorted world.
