As the earth searches the skies above
So do her brown eyes search for blue
As the desert needs the soaking rain
So does she need his love so true
As waters saturate every wanton part
So will he fullfil the desires of her heart
As the moon and stars caress the night
So she feels their love burn so bright
As the sun shines down upon the land
So will her eyes as he takes her hand
As seasons will change forever more
So the land will burst forth in colour
As the rose opens for he to adore
So will she be in arms of her lover
