Upon the emotionally charged stream
Empathy lethargic sentiments
A swim across the deep unconscious
The splinter’s tranquil existence

To smell the smell of smell
The strings of the fish’man
Around the neck of wavy shadows
Trampled by hooves of time

The draught cuts the planted sorrow
Of expanding time and space
Homecoming of mood churned desires
Welcome and unwelcome
*
Splitting the waves the fish travels home
Miraculously to breed and be dead
By what reality of a secret ridden nectar,
Or manna dew or cortisol? .
