I stand at the edge of the crossroads,
Oh, what is this dilemma?
Do I pick the path of blood?
Or do I pick the path of thorns?
Which one would finish quickly?
At my thoughts, I myself, scorn.
What is this constant need to choose?
This constant urge to decide.
To choose one thing over the other,
And then to move on, to ride.
Ride past the sands of the desert.
Past the tides of the ocean.
Past the nights of gloominess.
Past the days of the joyous sun.
Yet once again we arrive,
At the crossroads we just passed.
Now the choices might be different,
So might be the tasks.
Once again, we are forced to decide,
Which path we must choose.
Keeping in mind our potential benefits,
And also what we just might lose.
Oh curse this dilemma!
The constant urge to make a choice.
The urging desire to scream.
The pressing necessity to hear my own voice.
But a day will come,
When I will not have to choose.
I will get my freedom.
I just might, I just might.
When it will be out of my hands.
Just me, my balance of deed,
And a bright white light.
Oh curse this dilemma!
Oh curse this dilemma!
