full of anger and pain.

that has nothing to gain.
This world is nothing special
just a piece of rock you see.
So why is it
that I can't escape from thee.
Why is it
that you keep running thru my mind?
Why is it
that the thought of you keeps me up at night?
I see you flirting
with other girls.
I see you havin a blast.
But what I dont see
is why you're doing this to me.
I told you before
that I liked you.
I told you before
that I wanted something more.
I wanted to be more
than just friends.
I wanted to be more
than just another girl.
But you took that away from me
when you said that was something you couldnt do.
You couldnt care for me
as I care for you.
You were incapable,
you were a player,
and most of all,
you were the guy that took it all,
took all the hope that i had
for a better life;
took all the hope that i had
in finding Mr. Right.
People tell me,
again and again,
to find someone better.
Yet, no matter how hard I try
they never seem to measure up
to that one guy.
The one guy I'm still hopelessly waiting for.
