My love and I hold hands
As we stroll along the beach.
We tread the moistened sand
Quietly, no needless speech.
We love each other dearly
And can’t live without each other,
We both want, so sincerely,
Just the best for one another.
His hands hold mine so tender
And his smile is just for me…
Love does bathe him in such splendor
I can hardly bear to see!
We’ll be married not too long from now
And I almost cannot wait
To take our oaths, recite our vows,
And share a common fate.
