The children told the teacher, all what they did that day
And as we know with children, they think and then they say
Exactly what they thought they saw, in innocence, no guile
Without a thought of consequence, and with a charming smile.
So little Johnny told the class, 'I saw a cat today
It was lying on the sidewalk and never more will play
It was dead as doornails, its tongue had all turned blue.'
The teacher then asked Johnny, 'And so what did you do? '
'I bent down to the pussy cat and pissed right in its ear
But it reacted not at all, was dead as I did fear.'
The teacher shouted, 'You did what? You know you can't do that! '
'Why not? ' the little boy replied, 'I only Pssst'ed that cat.'
