It is a beautiful dawn 26 December 2004
Sunshine brightens all the red roses
Thousands of eyes are watching the beach
The Indian ocean calms in pure blue
Suddenly water turns into black
The ground then starts to shake
Water rises higher and higher
Then come huge waves twenty meters
Smash the shore sinking humans
Destroying structures, trees and land
Then pull people's lives into dark sea
Hundred fourteen thousand have no chance!
We watch it all on our TV
Lay on the beach thousands of bodies
We have heard loud cries and weeps
Penetrate our heart, so deep!
No man is an island
Please hand out and raise more funds
No matter how small your efforts
Help relieve millions from sufferance
