O lord
Take me from darkness to light
from vindiction to forgiveness
from fake appearances to thy blinding light
Rain my desert life with thy kindness and love
make my path straight
like the rays of the divine sun.
The world is ruthless
and no utopia I guess
even so
let my mind still dream of one.
