Why am I so helpless

in the bleeding of this cut
Why won't it stop the pain and fear
I am wondering why I no longer see you here
left in the dread of my tears
you had to leave
just to watch me fall and break
the broken glass that I have to pick up
can never be repaired
I'm losing my mind
and you just stand and watch as our two worlds collide
How could you be so hearless and cruel
the words you said
still buzzing in my ears
ringing in my head

Not a mental notation
and for what waits above
for me I can no longer can handle

and all the waisted years
