If you want to be miserable and really feel low,
Focus your thoughts on all of your woe.
Think of your troubles, heartaches and pain;
Never the sunshine, only the rain.
Think of the awfulness of yesterday,
How others mistreated you along the way.
Then the opportunities that passed you by;
The failures you encountered each time you’d try.
Think of the tragedy that might happen some day;
Never the blue skies, only the gray -
But regardless of whatever else you may do,
Just think of yourself...and only of you.
