When your gone
my heart aches
with a million tears
that rain down my sad face.
My heart
feeling the pain
of emptiness and loneliness.
My soul dies
with the goodbye
of your absence.
Wishing to turn back
the hands of time
and erase what has been done.
All the memories
that lies here beside me
haunting me in every way.
All the nights
I dream of sweet sorrow
wishing to be in the arms
of true love once more.
My body's moving
but my heart and soul
shuts down, giving up on all.
They say its better to have loved
than not to have loved at all.
But I'd rather not love
than to feel
the pain of losing.
