You learn to kiss lightning
chew gum and play someone else
when approaching the world
on your mother's hilarious arm
you then see her bend
under the iron bar
of a removed fence one night
she disappears and naked you climb
the ladder into the house built on stilts over the water
into someone else's house and across the floor
high up in a mighty consciousness
known as Papua or the kingdom of Sweden or the Cape of Good Hope
or the Curved Space
you are
somewhere / in the luxury suite
protected by guards
you have a breast queen who likes wrestling and
a night-watchman with a black belt in karate
he practices yoga
you eat rice mixed with tuna
nuts mushrooms cucumber yellow onion green olives
and a creemy garlic sauce with coffee after
exiled Southeast Asians are playing tennis down below
on the asphalt court and badminton on the grass
you can rent pedal boats at the camping ground
and canoes if you
are air to others they can breathe
take a piss cry fire up shit
make a fertile ground for ideas
and verdure much of the night
a traveling wonder under skies
disappointment is like bad breath
something to avoid
