In a show of blatant disregard for law, a self styled godman in Hisar avoids arrest as several thousand of his supporters stop cops from arresting the sant. Few hundred even dressed as commandos with sticks, knives and helmets. But the High Court of Punjab and Haryana has pulled up the Government and issued a fresh warrant.
