In a new agreement signed in Moscow, Russia says it will build two new nuclear power plant units in Iran. The deal is between the subsidiaries of the two countries’ state atomic agencies. It comes before a November 25 deadline between Iran and world powers to find a solution to the ongoing Iran nuclear question.
