You guys have been asking for the recipe for quite a bit so here it is! Homemade gluten free fish sticks that are baked in the oven. They are so yummy and nice and crunchy! These can be made gluten free or not, with just a few minor changes :)
You will need:
*Fish (I chose haddock)
If using frozen, be sure to thaw out the fish first.
*Gluten free flour or Bisquick (if not gluten free use regular flour)
*Seasoned gluten free breadcrumbs (or regular if not gluten free)
*1 egg
Cut fish into strips.
Coat in flour/Bisquick.
Then coat in egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cooked and golden brown (turn fish sticks over after 10 minutes) ENJOY!
