Ahead of Prime Minister Modi's rally tomorrow in the capital, AAP Chief Kejriwal has challenged the Prime Minister, asking him if he will fulfill the promises made for Delhi. Kejriwal asked if Delhi will be given full statehood and also 30% reduction in electricity rates.
