By far and away the best service experience I have ever had! From the ease of scheduling an appointment online to the integrity of the staff to the quality of the service, Bavarian Workshop is the finest BMW service shop around. The facilities are clean, contemporary, and feel like an actual BMW dealership but the staff is kind and honest. They made me aware of things that would need service soon but did not try to sell me on servicing them too soon and the final charges were actually less than initially quoted. And to top it off they provided free car service to and from my home and free
