This video looks back during a dark stage of my life... When I used to work for Wal-Mart. I list the top five styles of customers I've encountered.

1) Refund Refugee
This is someone who will buy something with the sole purpose of returning it the next day or next week. Can include a variety of items such as electronics, food, clothing, furniture and so on.
2) Cheap Customers
This are the tenacious price matchers and bargainers. If you`re going to a Wal-Mart or Target, then the items are set pretty much based off market expectations. This isn`t Pacific Mall!
3) Disrespectful Customers
This video is really catered to these types of customers.Remembering every time I dealt with customers, some customers were great, while others consistently thought they were better than me. Most of the time, it was because customers viewed the vest you`d be wearing and look down on you. Just remember, retail associates are people too!
4) Annoying Customers
These customers have no intent to buy anything of significance, and waste your time whenever you have assigned tasks to do from your manager.
5) Impatient Customer
These types of customers are in a rush and try to rush you or start a riot because you can`t get them cashed out of the store right away. They need a chill pill!
