Two crooks masquerade as International Rescue to steal top secret military and frame the real International Rescue in the process. With the International Rescue unable to operate with the worldwide manhunt for them, Jeff Tracy reveals a huge network of agents that works them to the boys. When one of their agents, who is a hillbilly, reported any activities in area, Lady Penelope is sent to meet him so that they can capture the impostors and clear the International Rescue’s name.
Elsewhere, an astronaut in the satellite that is used to track International Rescue, accidently gets blasted into space with three hours of air left. This leaves a dilemma for the International Rescue team, rescue the astronaut and get tracked back to base, or save themselves and leave the astronaut to die in space.
