First, the shop is immaculate -- one sign of a well run shop. Second, and most importantly, is the trust that is engendered by Marc's honesty and forthrightness along with his staff regarding the work needed on my X5. Whether it is routine maintenance, or the desperate call of Marc, I need to bring it right now. He has accommodated my requests. Bavarian Workshop has earned my implicit trust with the service on my car. I couldn't be happier. So long as I drive BMW's, I've made it known that Marc cannot retire!
