The biannual summit of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) ended Friday evening with a declaration of solidarity with Venezuela against US backed destabilization and coup attempts. The leaders of the 15 Caribbean states also reaffirmed and strengthened their participation in the Venezuelan-led oil initiative Petrocaribe despite Washington's attempts to undermine such ties. teleSUR
