FOURPOINTS is the result of the merger of PIM Gestion France and IT Asset Management. FOURPOINTS is an independent asset management firm, approved by the AMF in France and the CSSF in Luxembourg and registered with the SEC in the United States. It is owned primarily by its executives and employees.
FOURPOINTS has 21 employees including 10 portfolio managers/ analysts. Its AUM totaled € 1,04 billion in late June 2014, managed through a focused range of open ended equity funds or institutional mandates.
PIM Gestion France, led by Beatrice Philippe and Michel Raud, specialized in managing “long-only” growth equities publicly listed on the markets of developed countries. It was part of the Philippe Group, established in 1931, with offices in New York and Paris since inception.
IT Asset Management, founded in 1994 by Muriel Faure and Benoit Flamant, specialized in managing “long-only” global equities in information technology.
FOURPOINTS Investment Managers and its sister company FOURPOINTS Asset Management (formerly Philippe Investment Management) based in New York continue to work closely together.
