Appeals Hearing Monique Rathbun v Scientology 9 April 2014

Today the Third District Court of Appeals in Austin, Texas heard oral arguments in a hearing to determine whether or not Scientology Captain David Miscavige will be deposed in the Monique Rathbun v David Miscavige and Scientology case.
