In Mexico, parents and other family members of the missing Ayotzinapa students took their case to 18 foreign embassies and consulates in the country's capital. On Thursday, a team from the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights defined the Ayotzinapa case as one of "enforced disappearances", thereby legally obligating authorities to continue and not close the search for the missing students.Clayton Conn reports from Mexico City. teleSUR
