Police Recapture Armed Prisoner After Massive Manhunt

Virginia prisoner Wossen Assaye escaped from private security at Inova Fairfax Hospital early Tuesday morning. Police were able to recapture him after he was spotted Tuesday afternoon in Washington D.C.
