- The famous sports anchorman Rıdvan Dilmen said that everyone should read the Qur’an to understand the importance of women. ‘When you read the Qur’an, the importance of women is rightly seen. I think our women, our daughters are the holiest beings in this world. It makes me uncomfortable that we remember them only on March 8th and that we’re talking about them only on that day. To me it is Women’s Day 365 days a year.’
