Vadodara: Nearly 2.20 lakh garbage bins lie bundled up, unused in the premises of Vadodara Municipal Corporation (VMC) while series of areas in the city suffer without adequate dustbins. Apparently these bins were purchased at the cost of Rs 2 crores.
