A Houston couple found there cat chopped in half last Friday morning in their front yard and believe it’s the latest victim of the serial cat killer.
Chris and Kimberly Elliott woke up Friday morning and saw their beloved pet cut into two pieces.
Since 2008, there have been at close to 30 cases, of cat cruelty in the same neighborhoods of Houston: Lazybrook and Timbergrove.
Jennifer Estopinal, good samaritan, has volunteered her time raising awareness in the community by starting a Facebook page called Justice for Murdered Cats in Heights.
Since the community page has started, reward money has been pouring in from various sources. The reward to catch this senseless criminal is up to nearly $25,000.
