UK faces legal challenge over Malaysia's Batang Kali killings

Britain's failure to investigate the role of the army in a 1948 massacre in Malaysia is being challenged in a landmark Supreme Court case. Relatives of 24 victims of the Batang Kali killings want the British government be held to accountable.
