Dr. Melinda Viscusi was a private physician for 11 years and decided to bring her knowledge of science to the classroom and share it with students as a teacher.
Melinda enjoys the practical aspects of learning – and how things learned in the classroom have common uses that sometimes are not that obvious. One of her students studies dance, and she used the science of anatomy to better understand how her knowledge of the muscular system can help her to isolate and identify specific aspects of her dance movements.
