Former US president Carter in Ramallah, to meet with Abbas

Former US President Jimmy Carter arrived in Ramallah on Saturday, where he laid a wreath on the tomb of former Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat before meeting with Palestinian leader Mahmud Abbas.
