The fight between Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Lieutenant Governor of Delhi Najeeb Jung is only snowballing with charges and counter charges flying thick and fast. And caught in between the cross fire are bureaucrats. Kejriwal issuing a fresh circular to all the bureaucrats asking them to follow only the orders of the Chief Minister and his cabinet. With this latest circular, the fight only set to escalate further.
