Leela with a burnt hand takes rests and shows the tantrums to Yashoda. Kalavati and the village ladies are worried about their missing children. Here the kids follow the balloon man as they are hypnotized. He sees Aastha sleeping in the courtyard and enters the house with a motive to kidnap her.The Balloon man makes an attempt to hypnotize Aastha when suddenly wind flows and he himself accidentally gets hypnotized. Kalavati along with the other ladies whose children are missing, goes in search of the balloon man. They reach to Yashoda’s house and find their children in spell of the balloon man. But Yashoda gets them out of the spell with Mata ka prasad. Rajaji is upset and angry about the failure of his plan. Hariya is being called by Rajaji and is been threatened and attacked.

The evil force in this story is symbolized by our main antagonist; Rajaji who is the self proclaimed God of Devipur and believes that he should be worshiped by everyone.
